oUR TUBER GUARANTEE:

I strive to make sure every tuber I send is one I’d be happy receiving. Your satisfaction is important to me! I guarantee your dahlia tubers will be true to its variety and arrive in the mail with at least one eye and a healthy body. Tubers can come in ALL shapes and sizes. Some may be pretty and perfect, some may be not so pretty and small, but they will all produce those gorgeous flowers we’ve come to love.

Please inspect your tubers upon arrival and contact me at guidinggreenthumbs@gmail.com within 5 days of your order being delivered if you have concerns or questions. Once the 5 days have passed, you accept full responsibility for your tubers. Please understand we are not responsible for damage due to bad weather, delay in bringing in your package, pests, poor field conditions, negligence, or plant performance. The health of your plant is largely dependent on your soil conditions, care, maintenance and climate.

DAHLIA TUBER SHIPPING:

All orders are shipped using USPS FLAT RATE priority mail. I can only ship within the USA (limited to 48 states). Tubers will ship in late march or April once it is safe to do so. An email will be sent when your order has been fulfilled. If you place multiple orders, i will do my best to combine shipping and refund any overages automatically.)

early shipping requests: (You may request a specific date to ship in the notes of your order.  Please note: By choosing a specific date, you accept responsibility with regard to weather and temperature at time of delivery.

UNDERSTANDING VIRUSES:

I cull any suspicious plants that I find in my field immediately. I practice healthy sanitation practices as well. That being said, by purchasing you accept the fact that dahlias sometimes still get viruses just like any other plant and virus is not 100% avoidable.

SHOPPING CART:

Your order is only confirmed once you checkout and receive a confirmation number and email. This means you may have a variety in your cart and lose it during checkout to someone who purchased faster.  

LIMITS: 

I reserve the right to limit certain varieties to ensure more people can grow some of the dahlias in higher demand or if I have limited stock. Please respect these limits. Limits will be noted on the variety if one is in effect.  

SUBSTITUTIONS:

We do not offer substitutions due to stock loss. If something unexpected happens with storage between your order and shipping, we will refund you the price of the tuber(s). If I feel the stock has deteriorated since your order was placed, I will notify you prior to sending to discuss. 

CANCELLATIONS:

Once an order is placed it is final. I do not accept cancellations or changes to an order after it is placed.
